Once I found the front desk, I grabbed a number like the sign said but there was no one to greet people, I stood and waited cause I wanted to make sure they hadnt skipped over my name in the system because I was about 15 min late, I eventually heard a voice from somewhere say pick a number and have a seat very rude service

Came here for an appointment, staff was friendly. The appointment went very well and was handled very discreetly. Will come back here in the future

Staff member was very rude. Upon entering building was greeted by receptionist she seem nice and informative. The staff member(older African American woman) whom name I did not receive because she never greeted me introduce herself or inform me about wic education she handed me my paperwork and rudely told me to read it myself but used other words. Never explain benefits which was unprofessional being this is my first child so first time on wic. Do not recommend.
