I am moving out next month because I'm moving out of town. I've lived here for 6 months and I haven't really had any problems. The staff are nice and helpful, the maintenance is completed in a reasonable time, my apartment is cute with a fire place, built in shelves and a vaulted ceiling. After living in Residence of Riverbend for 2 years, this place is heaven. I wish I had found this place earlier!

Laurel Parc Apartments in Shreveport is a decent place to live, but it falls short of earning a higher rating from me. Here are some of my thoughts on the property:
The Good:
1. Location: Laurel Parc is conveniently situated in Shreveport, making it relatively easy to access shopping centers, restaurants, and major highways.
2. Maintenance Team: The maintenance team is responsive and generally addresses issues in a timely manner.
The Not-So-Good:
1. Noise Levels: Noise can be a problem here. I've experienced issues with loud neighbors and occasional disruptions, which can be quite bothersome.
2. Parking: Parking can be a challenge, especially during peak hours. Finding a spot close to your building can be frustrating.
3. Amenities: The amenities, while they exist, could use some updating. The gym and common areas could benefit from a little more attention and modernization.
4. Pricing: I found the pricing to be on the higher side for the quality and features of the apartments. It doesn't quite feel like you're getting the best value for your money.
In summary, Laurel Parc Apartments in Shreveport is an average place to live. It offers a convenient location and a responsive maintenance team, but noise and parking issues, as well as the pricing, make it difficult to give a higher rating. It's suitable for those looking for basic accommodations in a well-located area, but there may be better options available in the market.
