When we first called we were not real thrilled about having to fork over the asking price to find a water leak. After having our water bill be more than $100 over for about 4 months we decided to break down & pay the price!! They came and found the leak in less than 30 min!!! My husband, who can fix most anything, was thoroughly impressed!!! When we got our next bill it was back down to the normal $30. The service paid for itself in less than 3 or 4 months. We just wished we had called them earlier!!!

We called Keith over to locate a leak in the parking lot of an apartment community in Tyler Texas. He came over and marked the concrete where he thought the leak would be, and guaranteed that he would be accurate within a foot. Just to be safe, we cut a 4'x4' hole to make sure we more than covered ourselves. After a few hours, and turning our original hole into a 8'x8' hole, we finally located the leak. the whole reason we used this company was because we did not want to be cutting more concrete than needed, so we paid the near 600.00 to have a leak detection professional do it. When we received our bill, I called to inquire on the guarantee that was promised, only to be told that I made this up, and should have called Keith back out there to help relocate the leak knowing that the apartment complex main water line was off in the process. We ended up paying the bill for the non-locating of the leak, and covered the extra labor time ourselves... but I just wanted to pass on how terrible and unprofessional American Leak Detection out of Shreveport, ran by Keith is... see below for pictures of the job.

I do plumbing work for a living and I have had to call these guys out a few times and they have found the water leak every time with in a few hours it's amazing what they can do they found a leak in A 10 acre parking lot for me
