You only ever buy Little Caesars because its quick. You dont expect it to be good. Every time Ive come here Ive had to wait long after the order ready window ends. Today, after waiting 30 minutes past, I requested a refund. The little rude girl with the red braids and one of little boys gave me a hard time about it and said they cant refund an online order. A lot of places try this because customers let them get away with it, but this is actually against credit card merchant agreements and also illegal. The workers were weirdly territorial over the funds as if it weee their own personal bank accounts. The little boy called me the b-word and continued refusing my refund. They told me to call corporate which is closed now. Ive already reached out through social media and have corresponded with corporate. I will be following up tomorrow along with calling master card and letting them know this store is violating merchant agreements and the state attorney general so theyre aware this location is violating consumer policies. I will not be returning.
