Jerome came and did the work. Didn't do the whole house. Appeared annoyed that he had to be there. If Jerome comes to your house, request someone else to do the work instead of him. Or better yet, just call someone else.

Kris was very polite and professional. She made sure I knew why she was there and specifically what she would be doing. She also informed me of additional benefits of my service; which I wasnt aware of.

Ashley in the Arrow office explained their process very thoroughly. She was professional and personable. Rodney came out to service my home this afternoon and he explained the process very thoroughly to me.He worked quickly and was respectful of my home. I am happy to think we will get the best of these annoying ants yet!
