From the first phone call til my horrible wasp infestation was fixed this company was fantastic. Tim came out early, assessed the mess and came back the next morning and got rid of swarms of wasps in my attic. He was so knowledgable and really the best customer service Ive had in ages. I highly recommend these people whatever your pest control needs!!! Service: Hornet & wasp extermination

Been with this company for at almost 4 months now and there has been no process. Im still seeing a problem with bugs in my house and Ive complained twice. I feel like since they make you sign a contract and pay bi monthly. The least they could do is their job and get rid of the problem they were called for in the first place. Service: Cockroach extermination

Used them for probably about 9 yrs. I def wouldnt recommend them for mosquito service. It does no good. Weve been battling a bad mosquito problem for several years & went from using them during summer months to year round monthly. The mosquitos just kept getting worse. We also used several other methods on our own to try & control the issue. They would swarm our door & stay at the patio even during the day. They would come spray & the next day Id use a whole can of flying bug spray to try & clear the patio off again. Recently I had a friend who worked for them & he told me they diluted their products. Im not sure if this is true, if its been going on the whole time or maybe bc of inflation. I wont say I know for a fact, bc I dont. However, I finally switched to another mosquito company & I will say its been over a week& Ive not had one mosquito attacking my door. Which is a complete 180 from what Ive been dealing with for years. So they def arent doing something right. And the other service is even a smidge cheaper. Recently Ive also had an abundance of spiders in my own. Theyve come to respray, but Im still getting spiders. So now Im wondering if its the same issue. Ive suggested this company to many people over the years, everyone is very friendly & I love how they text you to let you know when they will come. I do believe they are great people. I hope they arent cutting corners, but I do believe something has changed. I will probably be looking for another bi monthly bug company as well. Services: Spider extermination, General pest inspection, Mosquito extermination, Cockroach extermination, Bug & insect extermination
