        My primary care doctor moved to North Carolina on short notice and I desperately needed a primary care doctor since I had an upcoming surgery that week that needed to be approved. Dr Chance got me in there and spent the time needed with me and got the records and got me the approval I needed for my surgery and I will continue to use him in the future, I heard very good things about him.

        This center is brand new.  The staff were friendly and of course everything was spic and span.  This is somewhere to come back to.  Whether for a visit or anything else.  I recommend Dr. Chance very highly.
