Leeonnas Richardson has truly displayed the definition of what excellent Customer Service should be! Back in May, I reached out to Mr. Richardson, seeking his assistance in helping my client obtain her first home. From that initial contact, to closing, Mr. Richardson was there to guide my client through the home buying process, not missing a beat! I then reached out to him again in November to assist with another client I was working with. And again, he conveyed top-notch professionalism!! Mr. Leeonnas was wonderful to work with. He helped my mom purchase her first home. He was knowledgeable and patient with us through the whole process. As a first time homebuyer, my mom was completely overwhelmed by the process and the terminology that is used nowadays but he was able to get us through while staying positive and patient. It's so important to work with someone who stays positive and has the patience to break the process and terminology down for clients who need the extra help. You can tell he juggles a lot and is comfortable in multitasking, which made us feel more comfortable. We are very greatful!
