The only saving grace for this place is the staff. The ladies are professional, personable and answer the phones.
This location no longer offers true tavel services such as passport photos nor international driver's license.
For all this money - horrid. As a whole, the corporation is genuinely catering to a Boomer culture given they have provided QR codes for members or digital something for the member card. Passport photos can be taken by anyone and leave a white background with 1 basic picture printer. Kids on YouTube and TikTok are taking the basic initiative and running entire operations. Why then would this conglomerate raking in beacoup not do the bare minimum?
Last selling point: they are actually open on a Saturday. Next door to Cicis pizza.
