Had the best experience at Holmes Honda with Lela as our salesperson. I have had terrible experiences in the past with buying cars so I was dreading the process. Lela was so patient and kind when working with my husband and I. She showed us exactly what we asked to look for and was extremely thorough. She knew our budget and made sure everything worked out at the price range we needed. Would highly recommend that you ask for Lela when looking for a salesperson. Thank you Lela for making me the ultimate soccer mom with my new Oddesy!!!

Dealership is great. Service Center will keep you waiting for hours despite having an appointment (basic oil change).

I had an AWESOME and hassle free buying experience at Holmes Honda. My salesman Mr. Diego Martinez was VERY helpful. He was professional, patient and personable. I did my credit app (Honda Pass) online. I was contacted by the dealership right away, I was assured that someone from the sales team would contact me soon, Diego contacted me right away. He listened to the complaints and concerns I had with my Nissan Altima. He scheduled an appointment for me to come in, I missed that appointment because I was awaiting a diagnosis from Orr Nissan Bossier. He scheduled another appointment for the next day, when I arrived I was greeted at the door and everyone was very friendly. Diego came out introduced me to Pete the finance manager. The financing process was a breeze. Pete got the numbers where I wanted them to be, even though I had other options, it was suggested that I financed through Honda because I was approved for special rates. The first car I test drove was nice, but it was lacking some options that I wanted. A truck arrived that same day with the exact vehicle I wanted, equipped exactly the way I wanted it. I selected that particular vehicle. Signing the papers and purchasing extended warranty was even made easy, Mr. Seth Pitre sold me exactly what I needed and didnt try and convince me to purchase something I didnt need.
