This is by far the worst financial institution in the area. I have been a loyal member for decades but the level of unprofessinalism and lack of customer service makes this CU a joke these days. If you don't believe me, trying doing business with them if your in their membership base. You will either leave angry or laughing, but one thing is for sure, you will be amazed that they are still in business and haven't been shut down. I don't know how anyone trusts them with their money. Once the older generation that makes up 90% of their customer base passes away, this credit union will be nothing but a memory. I am actually very surprised they haven't been shut down yet. Ive heard horror stories from several members that would make anyone second guess even keeping an account open with this place. If you are considering opening an account here or taking out a loan, I would seriously think twice. Their competitor Louisiana Catholic would be a much better choice if you prefer small personable credit unions.
