I had a favorable impression of Mr. Mouton a couple of decades ago when I first met him and have worked for him a few years now. Aside from my natural prejudice for Mr. Mouton, after watching him work so diligently in the best interest of his clients towards a favorable resolution of their case, he deserves nothing but a 5 star review.

Unfortunately, Mr. Mouton proved to be an utter dunce in my experience. Wasted thousands on him. He was completely ignorant of the charges I had, the nature of how the interstate compact between Louisiana and Texas would affect my case, how my sentencing would play out, etc.

Not a guy I would use. I know now not to pay anyone without visiting with them first. I agreed to pay the $100, but geez it was a 10 minute conversation. If he actually did something probably would have paid $500. He had some lady call me back and that was it. Called another Lawyer with no pay and they took me and now helping me clear my record. Refund the money would be the honest thing to do. NO STARS.
