        I paid to have my taxes completed by RBM (who later merged with P&N). Months later, I received an unexpected, additional invoice from P&N. It took me several attempts to get a hold of the firm to find out why they were invoicing me an additional amount. I like working with transparent, communicative companies. I consider P&N to be neither of those things after this experience.
