I have put flowers on my son's grave for 33 years and have had many florist make arrangements, she is the best and will be the only one to do any of our arrangements for any occasion.

I ONLY use Meme's Floral for holidays, funerals, etc. since she opened! I ordered a corsage and a boutonniere for my daughter and husband for a dance. Upon picking it up, the flowers all had brown tips and were both very small. I was expecting at least some ribbon or something to spruce it up, but they were nothing special at all. Okay, I ignored that. I looked at the receipt when I got home and and it was almost $60! The way these were made were not $60 in my opinion. I don't mind paying $60 for something worth the price, but this was pitiful looking. I called to verify the price and while looking at my receipt, I told her how the flowers had brown tips when I picked them up. Before I could say anything else, she cut me off and said "Well you are the only one complaining! Everyone else was really satisfied and I can't just give it to you!" Mind you this was the owner. I know her personally, but she didn't realize who I was. I normally get feisty with people who have an attitude, but I held back and just said, "ok". She continued telling me it takes 45 minutes to make these and kept repeating that I was the only person not satisfied. Mind you we couldn't even use these because my daughter started running a fever. I called all of my family who give her ample business to let them know how I was treated and how she spoke to me.... I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else! Pictures to come..
