    I do NOT recommend staying here. From the 1st day we moved in, there was a hole in the living room wall. The first unit we were placed had a roach infestation. We had to pack all of our things back up and move into another unit. Since then, there has been issues with money. I received a LATE fee in January when the new resident portal wasnt sent out until January 2nd. I was told my account would be credited for the late fee and it has yet to be credited. I received ANOTHER late fee in February when I dropped off my payment to the office on JANUARY 30th. I am very unsatisfied and wish I never moved here. If there was a way to get from under the Annex before my lease is up in July, I would definitely have been done this. They do not conduct business properly. I may be a college student, but I am not a fool. The management is lazy and gets things done on her own time.

    I wouldnt move here !! They add late fees to your rent when its their inconvenience, theyll tell you its going to be credited back to your balance but never happens. When we first moved in we had roaches not to mention!! People outside fighting and yelling all the time. I would not move here!! Save your money and move somewhere else.

    The management team well specifically its very bad customer service from one of the management members there. We currently did a carpet cleaning job for them and we've worked months and still no pay. So, when we try to communicate as respectful professional business leaders Its been so rude and disrespectful like they don't even care. Also, its no way to talk to anybody on a higher level to communicate with us professionally just to let us know whats the issue!! Who in life works, do their job, and when ask about what's going on with the funds they get all upset with you like it's wrong to ask questions just feel better about what's going on! This has been the worst business experience ive ever had so far and I wouldn't recommend anybody to do business with them until they get a more respectful customer service team!!

    When I signed my lease in august 2022 I was extremely excited. However that was until I began to have numerous issues. My roommates room was broken into, management was notified & nothing was established. Trash is always in the parking lot, not to mention theres never any room to park. Security is horrible!!! The gates are never working which most likely led to the random shootings. My car was vandalized while security was on duty & nobody knew what happened. Probably because they don't even have cameras!!! Long story short, Please spend your money with another apartment complex!!! The annex is not it. They are everything you don't want when it comes to having somewhere to stay.

    If I could give this play 0 starts! This was quite possibly the WORST place Ive ever lived and management wasnt much better! Let start off that this is supposed to be a gated community but in my 14 months living there, it only worked a total of 2 and a half months and it took 5 months for it to get fixed from the time I moved in! When I went to pick up my keys in between work, what I thought was only going to take 1 minutes, took nearly an hour because I never received a check list email and I had to sit and do that and miss work time. When I went to move stuff in, my fob wasnt working and it was after 5pm. Now thankfully there was someone still there but what if they werent?! When i finally get to my room and get things settled one night one, none of the outlets in my room that has never been lived in before me worked! It took 2 and a half months for that to get repaired! People are always partying late at night in the parking lot. I am a decently heavy sleeper and dont need a sound machine to help me sleep but I was awoken several times at various hours of the night including 1am,2am and 3am! The police was ALWAYS there for something. The fire alarm was often pulled and going off. You know its bad when almost no one leave the building when they go off. One of the first we times it went off, the fire department asked me who pulled it! The fire department is also just down the street and they even took their time getting here because there was almost never an emergency! Also these smoke who off when the battery is dead and thats just painful when you are in the shower or just falling asleep. I mentioned that if someone is pulling the fire alarm constantly, GET CAMERS and charge the people who are causing the problem! Management told me that they were going to get off our security, which didnt come to five months later. In January 2023 there were two shootings at this apartment and management had nothing really to say about it. They believed after the first one there were no concerns for safe. Should I mention it took them 2 weeks to send out this email? You know what happened a few days after this email was finally sent, ANOTHER shooting! I immediately called 911 and then never heard ANYTHING from management to this day! Also dont think you can just pay a fine and beg out of your leave! You have to Ginas someone to sublet or take over your lease. I am not a Tech student I just needed a place to live and Im not from this town so I barely know people! Of the people o do know from work, they are all married, have kids and have a house! Even if I did know someone, I would NEVER suggest living here! I feel that management doesnt care of residents safety at all! This place is always trashed and has never been wall maintained! The parking lot was not thought out well as you cant loop around! You also can only access you mail and packages Monday-Friday 9-5? Thats a TERRIBLE set up for people who work! Why are the mail boxes in the leasing office? Sometimes I NEED my mail and I just couldnt get it in time! Also its been just about 30 days since moving out and I have yet to hear back about my security deposit! This place is terrible with communication! Theres so much more I could say but this was the gist of it! SAVE YOUR MONEY, TIME AND ENERGY AND DONT LIVE HERE!
