Moved in for more than 5 months and called multiple times for appliances that were broke before and needed to be fixed aka the stove and the outlets were not working. Took them 2 weeks just to come LOOK at the stove and fix the plugs for them to only work for 30 min and turn back off after getting a notice that workers were 10 minutes away and that if we werent home they would reschedule and wouldnt know when they would be back. Secondly after all that we were noticing that the house wouldnt even get warm after having the heater on all day and finally one day as i was in the shower there was cold air hitting me from the window thats right beside the shower so I get out and pull the blinds that THEY have up and there was a whole piece of the window missing. So Id check behind the blinds before moving in. Third the walls in our place you could literally push on them slightly and would seem like they could fall in. The kitchen doesnt even have one counter to cook on nor room to have more than 3 people in it. Theyve been in this house multiple times and knew and still know the crooks to it, we moved out and not even a few days after they redo a little bit of the inside, put in a washer and dryer and tried to make it seem safe with a coded door when really they need to redo the whole thing. it looks over 100 yrs old and you can just tell by pushing on the walls they need redone bad much less trying to touch up the inside so someone can move in. Weve also had a break in while living there and the coded door will do nothing. Dead bolt is all I got to say. This is by Life Church and on the same road as Bethel in Ruston. And might want to get their address pat down because thats where youll have to talk to someone before you can finally get someone on the phone to get things needed done in your house. Also keep the bushes trimmed because they will get through the windows. And just got our letter in the mail and on the sheet one of the reasons we didnt get our deposit back because they had to put a new door knob on the only door of the place that was broke off from someone trying to get in our house. And yes police report is filed. Secondly they wrote down the bathroom window because there was a piece of cardboard covering a whole piece of the window just missing BUT my fianc was only in this place a month before I met him and took a shower one day and I, ME was the one that noticed that something was up i called him in there and he had no clue he said he never even pulled back the blinds (that they had in there when he moved in) to check and was furious, called multiple times talked to few people and no one ever got back with us so we put it in our own hands only to put a piece of card that barely helped. Not to mention the people who come to help only gave 15 min notice and if they couldnt come they didnt know when itd be when they came back. All of the houses really just havent been taken care of and its clear just go to the main office and see how that looks. Rude and terrible management they need to get someone else a hold of it and re do EVERYTHING
