Dropped Of suit and dress was greeted with friendly quick friendly service and it was ready and done correctly on day they said it would be. Have also had them clean a comforter and also did a great job.

I took my son's letterman jacket last week and they were supposed to clean it, well to my surprise it wasn't cleaned. Called backed and expressed my frustrations and she reassured me that she would take care of it. So I brought it back on Monday and was told to pick it up Thursay. Well I did just that, and guess what the jacket still wasn't cleaned, same stains still visual on the jacket. And they tried to charge me this time because the manager who told me to bring it back wasn't on duty. I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone because if they couldn't do the job that's all they should have said and I wouldn't have wasted my time nor theirs . But we needed this for my son's graduation pictures. I hope no one else have a problem like I encountered with them. Communication is key. And they lack it
