Speedy Pete's Car Wash

I had been going to this business almost daily since they opened and had never had any major issues except for a few times early in the morning when some young men were laying around inside and not paying attention to the drive through and I sat there waiting for several minutes for anyone to come out. They were just sitting their on their cellphones not paying attention. But recently, I had several unpleasant interactions with one little punk teenage looking boy that works there with a bad attitude who apparently put my new license plate number in the system wrong. So every time I tried to come through the drive thru it wasn't working to let me through the gate. When I went into the office to deal with the situation. He got a really bad attitude with me telling me that I wasn't in the system, hadn't been paying for the service, all sorts of things. An older gentlemen interrupted, apologized for him, and sent the punk kid to the back room. It was ultimately figured out and he was in the wrong. I am just hoping I do not have to deal with this kid again. I left crying. I am just sick of dealing with rude people lately. I know it must be hard to find decent people to work for these businesses and also to deal with customers who are also rude but, this was uncalled for.

I like it. I have the $20 monthly plan. It's worth it for sure. I enjoy the convenience and it cleans my car very well. If I had one complaint, it would be that it doesn't dry large vehicles as well as it does small ones

Had a mishap happen at the Ruston location but they went out of their way to help and get it fixed. i appreciate all that they have done for me and recommend doing any type of business with them!
