Service is always down or interrupted. Goes down like clock work around 6pm and 11pm. Can and will go down for HOURS, up to 4 in many cases. We have been asking for assistance for months, we have been told several times someone will be out to check the alignment to the tower which a new one should've been placed months ago. No one ever can find the time to come out. We were told that with these services we would be able to stream 4k videos, we barely break .4 mbps when we were told 5 mbps...not POINT 5. I have been trying to get service for my aging parents and nothing has been done. IF something is not, expect me to continue reaching out until the problems are remedied. Owner is absolutely incompetent.

$89.99 a month for mediocre internet that will likely go out once a week every month and possibly the worst customer service Ive ever seen from anyone claiming to own a business. No phone communication and extremely rare to get an email back. Do yourself a favor and up your phone data plan (this is cellular internet anyways) and hold out for broadband internet expansion that will have much faster speeds and actual customer service.
