I was having issues with my aerator pump. I called Rooster Lips and the dispatcher was very helpful and knowledgeable. About an hour later, the driver was able to come out and diagnose my issue. He came back out the next morning and had my aerator pump replaced in no time. He was very thorough in checking everything worked appropriately after the replacement. Great experience.

Rooster Lips went above and beyond to acquire additional hoses to allow them to reach my Hoot sewage system and pump it out (for first time ever). We had to stay in our camper for a while waiting to purchase our house. Josh came out and got our toilet and septic system (Black water tank hooked to city line) going again. You just do not know how awesome this man is! I will be using him again to flush out our tanks before we store the camper upon the move into the house. This single mom appreciates great work ethic and understanding! Will use this company from here on out and recommend to anyone with a stationary camper!
