All Star Ford Prairieville

I was in need of parts to make a quick repair of a broken diesel hose connector to the fuel filter on my F250. It was spraying out diesel which was leaking onto the manifold below so I could not drive to the dealership for maintenance. Not knowing the first thing about making this repair I took a photo and headed to All Star Ford Prairieville. I showed Glen in parts a photo of the hose and fuel filter and he was quickly able to determine which parts I needed and found that they were in stock. He then called Paul, one of the mechanics, up to the counter who was able to make sure I knew how to replace the connector and how to re-prime the filter once replaced. Glen then helped with applying my Fordpass points so the cost for the parts were fully covered with the points I'd collected on previous oil changes and tire replacement. I also want to give a shout out to Orlando for helping to set all of this up when I called in that morning stressing out about not having a vehicle to drive. Really nice people who went above and beyond to help me this week. I purchased my truck form this dealership and it definitely assuring to know that they continue to provide great service!

I was passing through on my way cross country when my tire pressure light came on. I pulled into All Star, they diagnosed the problem (bad tire sensor) and the same afternoon I was on my way. Very friendly, very professional and to the point. Awesome experience.

We went there with our daughter to purchase her first vehicle. They were all very helpful and the experience was definitely a great one. Tyson was our salesman and he did a phenomenal job.
