        I am sorry to say that our insurance company arranged this company after a leak in the home, even though they have only 3.5 stars. Response is untimely and inconsiderate according to their schedule and done in an uncourteous manner per the owner, "Chad". We used another company who came out right away! I would not recomend using this company. Services: Mold damage restoration, Water damage-related pest control

        My daughters townhouse had water damage due to a neighbors pipe bursting. My insurance company recommended Rainbow. They came in and gutted the place, leaving the entire 1st floor unlivable. We were told before they started that after mold tests were recieved that it would be 1 week to complete. The day they were to begin rebuilding , I get a call from them stated they just got a big job in baker and it would be 2 months before they could start! Remember, they gutted the place and then tell you it will be 2 months?!!! Do NOT use these people.
