The cleanliness customer service service. This is the top-notch hotel that I would recommend to anyone needing a room make sure you come to this hotel.

        I have stayed at four Marriott hotels, including Springfield, but I have never received good service, but at Baton Rouge Port Allen, I was satisfied with the friendliness of the receptionist and cleaning staff. Unfortunately, I only had to clean the room once. When I told the front desk to be careful, the clerk didn't even ask me the room number and said, "I didn't clean it." Only the front desk clerk was at a different Marriott. It's a shame that I'm on the same level as the store clerk.
