        This is just horrible! I own a paint and body shop! And I went there to get some parts for a customer car! I paid for the parts and took them too my body shop! When I unwrapped the plastic they had dents and scratches in the door that I just brought from them!!! And now there telling me they cant get me a new door and they only can give me 80$ back out of 1100$ I paid for out of my pocket!!! I will never in Life be using these people again!!

        Bought a transmission from LKQ and was told after installation to bring back core for $395.00 I said are you sure? That would be great. She said yes bring back core in black plastic delivery box and I would get $395.00. I brought it back within 4 days of delivery and she said I would get nothing. Mistake? Lie? Still didnt happen Questionable business practices.
