I used your the self-checkout to pay for my gas. I hit pump 5 on the checkout screen, paid & went outside to the pump I thought I prepaid for. I immediately thought there was something wrong with the pump, because nothing was coming out, so I checked my receipt, because I was going to go back inside and ask for help. As I was looking at my receipt, I noticed that it said "PUMP 20", so I hurried over to the pump and there was a man at pump 20, he looked confused too! So I went inside to see if I could get help. They said I should have not used the self-checkout, and that they were not responsible for it and it's my fault and I should have paid attention to what I was doing, even though I hit pump 5 on the self checkout screen! You are responsible for what happens on your machines if you are supposed to stand next to them and supervise your guests' interactions with them! I tried to ask if there was a corporate number that I could call & they wouldn't help me with that either. There is something wrong with the self-checkout, my friend that was with me said that this has happened to her before too. I told them they could even check the cameras. It was an honest mistake & those girls wouldn't help me with anything. It's horrible to treat a customer like that. They wouldn't even offer to give me a refund, just reiterated that it was my fault and whoever was there pumped my gas & there was nothing they could do to help me & that they couldn't just give 40 dollars away & that I should have stopped the man that was at pump 20! It was more important to them to argue with me about who's right/who's wrong, instead of trying to work together to find a solution. I will never visit this location ever again! You don't even deserve 1 stars!
