I went to the dealership for a number of issues, one of which was a non-working radio in my wife's Buick Enclave. I had done some research online prior and knew that the amplifier was a common cause of issues in the car, so I was prepared for them to tell me that was the issue. Well, they did, and they also quoted me a really, really high price that didn't feel worth it for the year of the car (2014). I googled and found CNA, gave him a message and he responded promptly. I dropped off the car to him, he did his own analysis, and he found it was indeed likely to be the amplifier and told me the price of the part the dealership was quoting plus his labor. The part direct from them was a bit high, so we worked together and I found a 3rd party supplier of the same part at a much better deal (and he gave me some technical guidance on that) and then arranged for him to change it out. Throughout, he was very honest, upfront, and everything you want in a mechanic. I can guarantee you that my wife and I will be using CNA going forward for all of our mechanic needs! Highly, highly recommend!

Listen. Jared is a GEM. He is one of those rare diamonds you find, when youre at your wits end with car repair and professionals who have no idea how to fix the problem. Jared is equivalent to a doctor who spares the life of your car, just when youve lost all hope that there will ever be a solution. He KNOWS cars. Hes HONEST. His prices are ETHICAL. I hope they stay that way, because the world we live in does not account for the real issues of the world and the people (struggling in them), from single mothers, teachers risking their lives in the classroom, families trying to stay afloat in the midst of inflation. He is a rare mechanic, a rare artist, a rare person and I cannot thank him enough for repairing my car and saving me over $1,000 with a dealership (I took it to him yesterday, pretty much COASTING in after a hot, frustrating day of driving from one shopthat quoted me for a $515.00 part my car didnt need and had no idea what was wrong with my carto his shop where he quickly pointed out the problem and returned it to me today.
