        My appointment was for 10am. They must have went on a 3 hour lunch! They did not pull the car into the shop until after 2pm. Not your luxury service place!I sat in this waiting room that was nasty and unclean. No snacks, no coffee. Poor customer service. They did not have the parts for my Cadillac. I was told that my parts was on hand and no worries. It is now after 4 o'clock and my car is still not done! So upset! I spoke to the service manager Devin and he said to me (Well sorry and what you want me to do about it!) He was so unprofessional. My car did not get done until 5:33pm. This was just for a transmission fluid change for my Cadillac. They forgot to reset the transmission count,, and left their dirty oil foot print and finger prints on the carpet, doors,, and the floor step. Please don't go to this dealership! Poor service!
