        Very rude customer service over the phone. I was scheduled through center of excellence for a urine test (nicotine) was informed those were not performed there and they weren't interested in what I had to say. I contacted contigo who found me another friendlier facility right away.

        The front desk clerk was very rude, and not professional. Every time I've been in there, it didn't matter if I was way before closing time or had to come in the last minute, my health issues had to be seen. Before I made it to the desk, she was like NO we're closed.. 15 minutes before closing time. I had a BIG RED RASH.

        Absolutely horrible experience. After waiting over 2 hours the nurse practitioner released me and never told me what was wrong with me. I had to ask myself. She was startled by the request and said "Oh, let me go find out what the test says". I would never go back to this place. It wreaks of incompetent.
