I have given this place more chances than it deserves. I've tolerated rudeness, ignorance, and disappointment EVERY SINGLE TIME.
Do yourself a favor and cross the tracks and go to cantaritos. Better food, better prices, nicer people, much better atmosphere.

Someone has to tell the servers that Everytime you serv a burrito, the tortillas need to be warmed can't serve the tortillas cold straight from the bag, when you serv a burrito with cold tortillas,the taste es no good at all, an need to check the pizza crunch tortilla for the expiration date, because some times when is bin in the bag for long time, start getting a bad test....

To Rude employees with bad attitudes to my orders always being wrong. This place is the epitome of a failing store. Employees there are lazy and do not want to work. Past 10pm (mind you they close at 1am) everything is either broke, uncleaned, or simply not on. Not to mention they dont want to stay open til 1am and will leave early. Worst establishment in PR. Jamaican Joe could run a tighter ship then these lazy excuse for employees. Never going again.
