        Surprisingly a very efficient and professional Check-in, dock assignment, load out and Check-out process. I was on-site for just under 2 hours and in a truck driver's world, that is an extremely short amount of time for a "Live load".

        One star is still too much for this place. They are rude and slow to load. Avoid Ventura food products by any means. Let's put them out of business.

        Was told I had an 11am appointment, good thing I got here an hour early as they said my appointment was at 10 Put into a door immediately, then sat in the dock for 3 hours. Not the worst I've been to but they definitely took their time.
