We used Gurtler Bros. for our home inspection and couldn't be more happy with their services. Dawn who we started to speak with about our needs for the inspection. She was so patient and very knowledgeable about what we needed when booking our appointment. We had a booking fairly quickly. Warren came out to inspect the home. We loved him he was so personable and professional! The inspector explained the report to us and really took his time throughout the entire process. He showed us all of the extra turn off vales and ac trip switch, and breaker box because it was our first home purchase. We felt like he treated us like family not just some one hour appointment slot. We would definitely use their company again! Use Warren you won't be regret it!

The inspection was amazing. The guy who did it was amazing. The problem is Dawn who wont accept your payment so you can receive it. She was super MIA, the trick is to call 3 times in a row so she answers. Was not a fan of her. But the inspection itself was great.

I was having problems with my insurance company after Ida. They're an A rated company so they have the funds to pay me, they just gave me about 10% of my real claim. I had Mr. Gurtler come and inspect my home. The Gurtler bros. are considered the " Gold Standard " by which any and all other Structural Engineers are compared to in and around the Greater New Orleans area. Anybody in the Loui knows about the Gurtler bros reputation!! It's the best $ I've spent in quite some time. I'm poised to get $20,000.00 back for a slab repair that the ins. co. called settling / sinking. They are very responsive and prompt with keeping appointments. I would STRONGLY recommend them to anybody needing a REAL damage repost on your home.
