I had an agent Cecily Bell who sold my house.She was very nice at the beginning of the process. After I signed my contract and the ball started rolling I told her that when I sell my house I plan on buying another house and want to be able to move in soon as I move out.Well it didnt go well.She told me regardless of you dont have anywhere to go you moving out that house on closing date!!!!!!Yelling at me over the phone.To make the long story short when I moved out my house Me and My husband had nowhere to live but a hotel.The house that I wanted she told me that It was going through foreclosure and she was tired of dealing with the other agent. She said to me but if you want I can help you find an apartment.I told her I wanted to buy another house NOT move in an apartment.She said well I'm not calling that agent back I'm done with her. So me and my Husband lived in a hotel for 3 weeks until I was able to find another agent who bnbhelp me find a house and was very helpful,caring and professional who is also a broker.After I contacted this agent through Zillow I found a house that I was interested in I was able to close the following week.I would not recommend Cecily Bell because she only has one year experience and a snobbish attitude after you sign the contract.
