The Francher Perrin Group was an absolute joy to work with. There really is no substitution for being connected in the New Orleans real estate market and from financing to what has to be the most thorough home inspection I've seen in my life, they know who to work with and how to get things done quickly. But, beyond that, both agents we worked with were genuine, knowledgeable and really invested in helping us find our perfect home. They are true advocates for their clients, and it was wonderful to have them on our side.

Leslie & Bryan sold my beautiful house on Royal street. They are extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market in New Orleans. They have unique knowledge about the French Quarter since they have lived and worked there for over 20 years. They are hard working, honest, and responsive. We loved working with Bryan from the very first time we met him! We were selling the home we raised our kids in, and it was our own private hideaway. Bryan understood the emotional toll it was taking on us, and he was very sympathetic to that. Bryan, Bron, and Leslie are all very professional, but also very charismatic and fun to be with. We definitely shared lots of laughs along the way! I dread the thought of ever moving again, but if we do, we will definitely use Bryan again! I highly recommend!!!

Looking to purchase from out of state, we needed to put complete trust into an agent to work on our behalf. We found the team at Francher Perrin to be very professional and worked very hard to help us find a property. We had several showings over many months and each time they worked tirelessly to show the properties and give us their insight. When we finally found the condo we purchased, Leslie worked 100% on our behalf with the selling agent to get us the condo. Leslie and her team were on top of the transaction from start to finish - keeping us updated along the way and continued to negotiate when issues came up from inspections. You can tell they love what they do and have a passion for the City. Having purchased and sold many properties, this was a very positive and professional experience.
