I'm one of the (female) salon managers. He is another salon manager and has been here many years. He is modest, and I don't think anyone has ever called him what you said. That's just mean. He wasn't dressed like a custodian, no offense to them. He was surprised by this and felt bad. The bride had told him he was so nice, and he thought she was nice as well. We replayed the video/audio, and we didn't see or hear anything unusual. He interacted two minutes with the bride and the others. He congratulated her on her upcoming wedding, and he asked her about her nails. He politely sat down on a stool a few feet away to be at her eye level instead of talking down to her. At no point was there ever any touching of any kind, not even a brushing, nothing remotely improper.Even though your group was from out of town, he gave the maid of honor a photo frame to give to the bride. We normally give those to our regular clients who get married. We understand that you felt that way, and we are sorry that it wasn't a good experience for you. After reviewing this carefully, it seems to be a misunderstanding. We hope the bride and everyone in the group had a great fun wedding.
