        As seen by a previous reviewer, this facility does not want to make money off of their patients. How? Everything is paid for by the government. They are extremely helpful and care about the people that come there and are.following the rules and regulations that are put into place.to run a facility with such volume. So if anyone has anything negative to say about MHSD then it was something that they were doing wrong not the clinic.

        Find another mental health care provider . This place wants to make money off you and doesn't care about the patients. Don't count on help here

        It was very safe and healthy environment and access was easy. Security and Police is on site...parking available near entrance.
