Finally tried this place after weeks of walking past it. I had an athletic massage + deep tissue with Ariel and OMG it was amazing. I have a lot of back and shoulder pain from my job and she really worked to loosen and stretch everything.
I was worried I would hear outside music because of the cycling gym next door but I think they did an amazing job with white noise and ocean sounds. Its maybe a bit louder than other spas/etc but it made it feel much more immersive in a good way. Couldnt hear ANYTHING from outside.
I signed up for a membership immediately and will be going back!

This place is amazing!
Great staff!
Knowledgeable therapists!
And the price is right during the week!
Check them out, especially while at a conference.
It was so good I came two days in a row!
