I wish I can give no stars.Its very unprofessional for a loan place to not see when a payment has been posted.My loan was paid in full when the company took out my account automatically soon as a deposit hit.When I woke up an extra payment amount was taken out of my account.The employee that did it never gave me a call back when,I was told she wasnt in office.Any other time employees always in the office.The particular time when I was trying to resolve my money being taken.She supposedly wasnt there and never gave me a call back.I had to dispute it through my bank and receive a quick refund.I wasnt waiting for the loan company to reimburse,my money a week plus over their poorly actions taking out my bank account when it wasnt needed.Yall really do too much tapping into bank accounts and debit cards.

I come to pay on my loan and it's a sign stating to come back at 5pm but if I ask for an extra day to make payment I'm told that can't happen but I have to wait when I'm ready to take care of my bill.....yall want "grace" and don't give it to customers.
