Chris and the Stow Firm has given me invaluable advice on real estate investments in New Orleans. I live out-of-state most of the year, so I often need some local expertise, and Ive found Chris is very savvy but also trustworthy. Most recently, Chriss careful explanations and document support have inspired my latest STR investment, but his past advice on zoning laws and property transfers has helped me tremendously. My husband and I are currently working with Mr. Stow and Stow Law Firm to obtain a STR license. With the new rules and regulations placed in NOLA over the previous year, we were hesitant to approach this venture but with Mr. Stow's knowledge and guidance, we are better equipped to navigate the licensing process.
