        I told them that my ex is stalking my account and turning my service off, and they refused to take him off my account and told me if I were to go to another carrier I would lose my number. Told me that my ONLY option was to keep it the way it was with him shutting my phone off whenever he felt like it, or open my own account but I couldnt keep my phone number if I opened my own account. They lied and told me no other carrier could port my number over. So I went next door to Cricket and got my number ported, kept my same phone same number, plus my bill is less now!
