        If I could leave zero stars I would. The service from a young African American man with twist almost made me cancel my service with Cox. Will not be shopping at this store anymore, its not worth the hassle. He first approached me without even greeting me by asking what I was there for and then when I told him, he said I was confused and wasting my time. He didnt even allow me to show him my order confirmation. I called the customer service line and got it corrected but his attitude and demeanor was disturbing. Like I was bothering him. I have never experienced service so terrible. Just save yourself the headache and go to another Cox store or call customer support.
