    Before coming out check for service call charge was referred by relative.Came out due to heating issue and was told that repair cost would be $890.00, part and laber.Was not told of service charge of $131. Was told that multiple parts were bad . Well control board was bad, which only cost $104 from A1 appliance and $25 from Amazon. but he wanted $900 to fix unit. Would not recommend save about $750 .For that much probably best to go with replica Well known companies

    Just got a text for annual service call needs, when I told him no thanks I had to pay a guy to rewire after he installed my heater..he argued and said he only recharged my A/C systemthrough AMS. I sent him a copy of the invoice he billed over the home warranty company chargeobviously just as good at book keeping as repair work.

    Patrick Prosper is very UNPROFESSIONAL. He was called to provide service and upon a follow up call to confirm, I expressed to him that we had found some else in short order and forgot to call him, he proceeded to hang up in my face. I will NEVER solicit his services again. As a professional, he shouldve understood that a six hour wait to receive AC service in New Orleans in June is a stretch especially if one works from home.

Thanks for your review Mr. Derrick. After diagnosing your system on 1/24/2024. You was told that you have to replace the control board, and repair burnt wires, to further diagnose your heating issue. I gave you two estimates, discounted because of the referral from your family member. One which was for the service fee, replacing the control board, and wires repaired at a discount price of $327. The other was for the board wires and heat kit if needed to be replaced discounted price of $890. You informed me of your career as an electrician, and you can do the work yourself. Which I told you I have no problem with you doing so, but you had to pay for the service diagnoses fee. You then told me you wasn’t aware of no service diagnoses fee, and I shouldn’t charge you nothing for coming out, because of the referral. I do greatly appreciate your review to better my company and service customers. Have a great day.

Thanks for your review Mr. Micheal. No need to lie on a review, there was no argument in the text you had with me. Quote the text you sent me was, “ I would go with the tech that had to rewire my A/C after you installed my heater first. Only cost me an extra 75 dollars to get a service call done. Please do not contact me again.” I replied quote text read. “ Not a problem but, just to inform you I only put refrigerant in your system didn’t do no heat for someone to have to rewire your system. I’m not the guy you thinking about. This is the only invoice I have for you, have a blessed day.” I sent the invoice that I was referring about to you. Which you nor me didn’t realize it was for the wrong customer because of the last name. But after further investigating the work that was done at your property with the warranty company. The AC dispatch you had on 3/7/2022 had no diagnostics reported to them from the tech. Which was almost “3 months after” the installation of your working system. No recall was sent out to me, because of this time frame.. Also they did not mention anything to them about no pipe modification or b vent modification. Which you told me they had to do. Your AC probably had a simple issue like a tripped breaker from your condenser, and this tech from the other company told you these things to get $ money from you. Because if it was true, why it wasn’t reported to the warranty company for improper repair, nor no mentioning about the modifications. I am honest with all of my customers. I do greatly appreciate your review to help better service customers. Have a great day Mr. Micheal.

It was great to have you hold a appointment with me and not cancel without a call. When I called you for your appointment to inform you I was in route to you, you told me you found someone, and I told you ok have a great day and goodbye. Im sorry if you was looking for a conversation, after goodbye. As a customer with an appointment was not a good customer to not cancel, where there’s customers that are in need of service. In June it is just starting to get hot, and I squeezed you in my schedule, and immediately had to squeeze another customer in your spot. I try my best to gee to my customers as quickly as I can, I work on a tight appointment schedule. Once again have a great day and a blessed life.
