We found The Imaids after speaking with a few other cleaning companies and nearly giving up on finding a decent company to hire. We needed some deep cleaning after our tenant moved out.
The first thing that stuck out was how easy the whole process was compared to the other companies we called. The imaids (not to be confused with the similar company name without the 'i') has an online quote and schedule form.
Which was awesome because as mentioned we were about to give up the idea of a cleaning company and did not have the patience to meet yet another cleaning company for a sales pitch and a walk through.
That said, we completed the quote form and within a few hours we were scheduled for the next day.
The next thing that stood out was the professionalism of Claudia and her team. They arrived early and worked all day as planned. Claudia even brought issues to our attention (plumbing) that we missed after the last tenant moved out.
All this to say the service was affordable, extremely convenient and very professionalnot to mention good quality work.
