        First we were given the WRONG room number and our electronic keys OF COURSE did not work. Then when we FINALLY received the correct room number, only ONE key worked. For too much ridiculous and unnecessary hassle at this price point. I wont stay here again!!!

        We stayed at the Ritz Carlton from March 25-27th while we were in town for a conference. The hotel was okay, the best part was the service by Kevin. Kevin MAKES this hotel the amazing experience that it is. He greated us with a smile every single day, offered us beverages and asked to know more about us. If I come back to New Orleans, I would be sure to stay at this hotel to see Kevin again.

        Stayed here for my wifes birthday. The restaurant in lobby has live musicians playing on weekends. It was beautiful. In addition they have fresh hot French Beignet in the afternoon. They are better than anywhere else.

        Our stay at the Ritz-Carlton on Canal Street in New Orleans was outstanding. The hotel's prime location adjacent to the French Quarter was convenient, and the rooms were stunning. The exemplary service from the staff was five-star, making our experience truly exceptional.
