FABULOUS PRODUCT! I purchased a Queork phone case for my cell phone in the Sante Fe store years ago and loved it! When I upgraded to an iPhone 11 recently, there was no doubt that I wanted another Queork phone case. Just like my previous purchase, the case is beautiful, durable, versatile and so distinctive - complete with my initials emblazoned on the outside! However, iPhone 11s come in a variety of sizes and Apple does not make it readily apparent that there are different models with different sizes. Unfortunately, my iPhone did not fit the case. The good people at the New Orleans store sent me another personalized case that fit perfectly - at no additional charge. Sadly, I've just learned that the Sante Fe store were I purchased my first Queork product, has permanently closed. This store did not deserve to go out of business! I am heartily saddened that I can no longer visit from Denver and that a great product, from a great company, with great employees is suffering from the current pand-economic situation. I would happily pay for the cost of the replacement case if it would help keep this store open!
