Came out right away to view project. Said would email estimate Sept 1. in "a couple days. (with a sept 15th need date.) I was so hope ful. NEVER DID. After several phone calls and over a week with a project dead line, texted a number 1499.00 (Sept12 after I called) to do the job. I dug the hole for the line. Flat out lied more than once that he sent an email. This maybe a great price but the stalling and lying I did not appreciate.

After my power went out and then came back on partially, I called googled electricians and called Peoples to have an somebody come to my house but when I told Jordan, who answered the phone, what was wrong he told me to call Entergy and exactly what to tell them, word for word. Entergy fixed the problem about 8 hours later and he saved me on private electrician. He even wanted me to call back to let him know it was resolved because it was COLD and my heat and stove were out. Id recommend him to anyone!
