Poor management, don't do work orders,mold in the apartments under the sinks,in the windows also the carpets are very nasty too. Receptionist has a nasty attitude I put in work orders two weeks ago never started anything.

ATTENTION!!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!! NOT CLEAN! NOT SECURE! NOT QUIET!!! Unless you like filth, smoke, stepping over homeless people and being deceived. I would suggest another place. We were close to the stadium and thats the only good thing about the whole stay. It was smokey and dirty. Sheets had hair all over them, bathroom has mold and overall dirty! Pictures are false!!! There were absolutely no pictures of the actual apartment we got! Its the oldest trick in the book! Pictures were bullsh&$t! Actual room was trash!!!! (Hibernia Tower Downtown New Orleans)

Hilton Garden Inn Dallas @ 1600 Pacific Ave Brooke Beilby GM Mark Daniels Chief Engineer. Security guards are being advised by Chief Engineer Mark Daniels to do the duties of engineer along with the duties of a Security Officer. I am a former employee so this is not heresay. I get that we are Guest Services as well but I know disposing of chemicals is not in our job description. Every since the firing of the former Human Resource whom was over Security, A Engineer is now the overseer of Security. Just imagine the MANY violations still being made at this property. Firing employees is not the answer. Management need to be put under a microscope if you get my drift. If I could speak to Larry Daniels personally I would.
