        2021 when I left Harborview they were bankrupt and going through a change of hands. They had to increase the HOA fees 50% because the current managers were miss-handling finances. In addition to this the building was deemed unsafe because of the pilings had shifted. I would recommend you do a LOT of research renting or BUYING here. Read the fine print!!!!!
