Forever 21

I walked into the store and was immediately accused of stealing, when i asked what i stole they told me i stole a sweater and asked to check my bag. i willingly showed them my bag and was still told that i could have taken it out of the store and come back to steal more. i didnt get the name of the worker who accused me but when i asked them to check the cameras they told me they will have to check later and if the guy who accused me was wrong it would just look bad on his part. Next thing i know i have 4 security guards around me standing trying to see if i was stealing. I was told i was banned from the store and i left. The only semi-reasonable person was the head of security who let me know if the guy was wrong he will try talking to his manager. Im still overall very angry and embarrassed. Overall appalling behavior from these store employees.

We went to the store in the Riverwalk Outlet. It was not a very nice shopping experience. The staff was not service oriented, three young women were chatting behind the cashier counter. The fitting rooms were closed because they were totally messy (See pictures). When we asked where we could try on the clothes, they let us go into the messy rooms. The staff really couldnt care less. It is a shame.
