We have to say that not only did we get incredible deals here, we got the most amazing service. A special shout out to Jasmine who offered to ship our items home for free and sent us a personalized note. That's not to mention that she was so helpful through our shopping experience. We wish the ship didn't get back so early because we wanted to go back and visit her again! If we end up back in New Orleans. We will certainly make sure we visit!

THIS LOCATION DOES NOT ACCEPT RETURNS - ONLY EXCHANGES. THIS IS NOT A REGULAR TOMMY BAHAMA STORE BUT AN OUTLET. THE POLICY IS POSTED ON THE COUNTER OF THE STORE AND BECAUSE I WAS IN A HURRY I FAILED TO READ IT......LIKE A RAT TRAP- GOTCHA! I suppose this works well with a tourist location near the French Quarter since most of the shoppers will not be returning items; it does not work for the average brand loyal Tommy Bahama customer. The only reason that I gave the store a 2 star and not a 1 star is that the employees are very helpful and kind. They recently called to invite me to a big summer sale last in August. I thought that was professional.
