I was looking to purchase a new phone and receive authorization to add a new phone. The completely disinterested employee did not attempt to help in any way, and only suggested I call customer service. I asked if he could help describe the authorization process and he again referred to me customer service without providing any other information.

Will never return / thought it would be easier and quicker visiting a store and have them swap out equipment.
If you go online there are options to decline certain add ons. I was not offered this option.
When I inquired about these charges I was asked to come back to the store to adjust the bill
I am then told I have to call 611 to have this corrected since they do not have the authorization to correct at the store level.
The person i talked with at 611 was very helpful and I believe my issues will be handled
I was able to get better results on the phone rather than a store visit.
